All features Tee Sheet & Tournaments

One tee sheet. Every course, every channel, every Saturday.

Members book from the portal, staff book at the counter, admins shape the day — all against the same live sheet. And when tournament week comes, the same system runs the field: seven formats, handicap flights, entry fees and a leaderboard that moves the moment a score lands.

The tee sheet

Built the way your course actually runs

No two days at a club look alike, so the sheet is configured per day of week — Tuesday’s intervals aren’t Saturday’s, and the software knows it.

Your intervals, your capacity, your courses

Set the slot interval and the capacity per time, differently for each day of the week. Run multiple courses — each with its own holes, par, slope and course rating, and yardage — on one sheet. Every booking captures the round length, the guests and the cart request, so the starter’s sheet is the truth, not a best guess.

  • Every course, on one sheet
  • Intervals you choose — 8-minute slots if that’s your pace
  • Capacity set per time slot
  • A different template per day of week
  • 9-hole and 18-hole rounds
  • Cart requests captured at booking
  • Booking confirmation status per group
  • Real-time availability calendar

Tee sheet — daily grid and configuration

Members book themselves

From the member portal, a member picks the course, the day and an open slot — 9 or 18 holes, guests added by name, carts requested up front. The slot comes off availability in real time.

Staff book at the counter

The pro shop works the same live sheet. A phone call or a walk-up goes straight into an open slot — no second calendar, no transcribing from a paper book at close.

Admins shape the day

The back office blocks times, adjusts capacity and manages the sheet around maintenance, shotguns and outings — and every change shows everywhere at once.

Lottery & standing times

For high-demand dates, collect requests and run a lottery draw into open slots. And the Saturday-morning regulars get a standing tee time that books itself onto the sheet, week after week, on a rolling horizon.

Pace of play, right on the sheet

The tee sheet shows every group’s pace at a glance — on pace, behind, or slow — fed by live GPS from the carts. The starter sees which group to nudge before the backup forms, not after. The cart hardware and course-mapping story lives on On-Course & Cart.

The tournament engine

Every format your members argue about

Pick the format and ClubCore already knows the scoring rules — no adapting a stroke-play sheet to a scramble by hand.

From sign-up sheet to final payout

The whole event in one place

Build the field from members and guests, configure each hole’s par, handicap and yardage, set the entry fee and the purse — then open registration. Scoring can be locked to the scorekeeper tablet, opened to the carts, or both at once, per event. When the last card is in, skins and payouts are already computed.

Handicaps stay honest, too: ClubCore includes GHIN / USGA handicap integration — member linking, score posting and handicap index tracking.

Flights by handicap

Split the field into flights by handicap range so a 22 competes against 20s, not the club champion. Team events take configurable team sizes.

Multi-round events

Run a two-day member–guest or a season-long series with a course selected per round — one event, one entry list, one running leaderboard.

Handicaps, frozen fairly

Each participant’s handicap is snapshotted at registration — with a percentage adjustment if the format calls for it — so nobody’s index moves between sign-up and the first tee.

Entry fees & purse

Collect entry fees per participant and manage the purse in the same place the field lives — members and guests alike, no side spreadsheet.

Skins, calculated

Skins carry, split and pay out per hole automatically. The math that ends arguments in the grill room happens in the software, hole by hole.

A real event lifecycle

Every tournament moves draft → open → active → completed, so registration, scoring and results each open exactly when they should.

Live scoring

The leaderboard moves while they’re still on the course

Scores flow in from the course over the club’s own LoRa radio mesh — from cart screens and the scorekeeper tablet — and the board in the grill room updates the moment a hole is entered. No waiting for cards to come in, no hand-ranking a spreadsheet at 5 p.m.

  • Scorekeeper tablet

A dedicated interface for the pro-shop scorer: enter scores individually or in batches, group by group, straight into the live standings.

  • Scores from the cart

When cart entry is enabled, golfers post their own hole-by-hole scores from the cart tablet mid-round — tournament golf without a single paper card.

  • Full and compact boards

Generate a full leaderboard for the clubhouse screen and a compact view for smaller displays — both fed by the same live standings.
