ClubCore doesn’t ask your course to have connectivity — it brings its own. Every cart carries a long-range, licence-free LoRa radio that talks straight back to the clubhouse gateway. There are no access points to run down the fairways, no cellular contracts, and nothing for members to join.

The radio isn’t a fallback for dead spots — it’s how the system talks, everywhere on the property, all round long. Course wifi and cell coverage are simply not part of the design.

It’s a two-way link: when the kitchen 86es an item, it greys out on every cart in the field. When a tournament score lands, the leaderboard on every cart updates. When a member calls for help, the acknowledgment comes back to their screen — all over the radio.

Tap any hole for a full-screen preview: an illustrated overhead of the fairway with 100/150/200-yard arcs, bunkers, water and trees — beside a card with par, handicap, live distance to the green, yardages for every tee colour, a playing tip and a club suggestion.

From the fairway to the flat-top
The full menu on the cart — the club’s own categories, prices and modifiers. Orders ride the mesh to the clubhouse, print a chit at the right prep station and land on the kitchen display in seconds.
The whole menu, not a bar list. Beer and seltzers next to the grill, snacks and even pro-shop sleeves — synced from the same menu the registers sell from, so an item the kitchen 86es greys out on the cart too.
The kitchen’s rules, enforced on the 9th fairway. A grill item won’t ring without its required doneness — the same modifier rules as the register, so the chit that prints is one the cooks can actually fire.
Every modifier rides the ticket. “Medium Rare · Add Bacon” goes exactly as tapped, with tip presets built in — and a checked-in member’s charges post straight to their account, on the same books as the rest of the club.
The clubhouse sees it the moment it’s sent. Orders land in a live dispatch queue with the cart and hole attached, so staff know exactly what’s coming and where to run it — and the runner carries the same queue on the handheld register.
No re-keying, ever. The order routes to the correct prep station and shows on the kitchen display like any other ticket — chit printed, modifiers intact.

The order’s life comes back down the radio to the cart that placed it: received, in the kitchen, out for delivery with an ETA, delivered. Staff broadcasts and marshal messages arrive in the same thread, with one-tap quick replies — no member phone app, no phone number collected.
Scores in. Standings back. No paper.
The group’s scorecard lives on the cart — tap in each hole and the score rides the mesh into the live tournament standings. The field leaderboard comes back over the same radio to every cart, so the group on 14 knows they’re two back before they pick a club. In scorekeeper-run events the cart keeps the card and leaderboard readable while entry stays with the pro shop.

Help is one tap away — and it answers back
Course marshal, cart trouble or a medical emergency: one tap sends the cart number, hole and GPS position — plus a what3words location when available — to clubhouse staff over the radio, with automatic retries. When staff pick it up, the acknowledgment comes back to the cart, so nobody is left wondering if the call got through.
Four requests, zero typing. Marshal, cart issue, first aid or restroom — sent over the mesh the moment it’s tapped.
The loop closes. “Staff got your call — help is on the way.” The confirmation rides back down the radio to the cart that asked.
Yes, it finds the restroom
One tap highlights the nearest facilities and points the way from wherever the cart is. It’s a small thing — until it isn’t. The same wayfinding points members back to the clubhouse or the next tee.
Pace of play, live on one board
Because every cart reports its position over the mesh, the clubhouse sees the whole field on one board — who’s on pace, who’s falling behind, and where every cart is right now. Pace tracking and cart location come standard on every ClubCore cart, so there’s no separate tracker to buy, mount or bill.
